Order Processing:

Custom Orders:

Each item we create is made to order with a personal touch. Please allow 7-14 business days for your custom order to be processed and completed. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.


Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you notice any discrepancies, please let us know as soon as possible.


Shipping:

Shipping Methods:


We ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are typically calculated at checkout. However, in some cases, shipping charges may be determined later based on the weight and size of your order. We’ll inform you of any additional charges before shipping your order.
Shipping Time:

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once your order is with the carrier.


Shipping Charges:

While shipping charges are generally calculated during checkout, there may be instances where charges are adjusted based on the final weight or dimensions of your order. We will notify you of any changes to the shipping cost and seek your confirmation before proceeding.


Returns and Refunds:

Returns:

As our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your item.


Refunds:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and will be determined after discussing the issue with our customer care team.
 

Damaged Goods:

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by USPS or UPS during transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage directly to the carrier.
